ABOUT ME
Hello! I’m Ani Qiana, an Australian-based photographer who adores exploring new places, getting lost in art galleries, and spending my moments off in a cosy café.
I fell into photography whilst studying my Visual Communication / International Studies degree and haven’t looked back since. Growing up, I loved looking at old photos of family and friends, reliving those moments with them and often laughing about the stories behind them. The connection, emotion, and memories that photographs prompt when bringing people together has inspired my love for photography.
When without a camera in hand, you can find me cuddled up reading a book, out in nature with my dogs or spending quality time with loved ones. I’m most sentimental towards the simple things: the scent of my favourite perfume, a lovingly made oat cappuccino and hearing the words “this made me think of you”.
I’m friendly, easy-going, and passionate about my work. I love getting to know people, what they value, and bringing these values to life.

MY PHILOSOPHY
Editorial / Modern / Authentic
My passion for photography grows with my adoration for capturing authentic moments shared between loved ones. Photographs are tied to memories, stories and emotions. I hope that mine bring your loved ones together to reminisce, laugh, and connect.
I believe that Wedding Photography should naturally capture your story whilst being unobtrusive, genuine and never forced. Throughout my work, I cherish getting to know each couple alongside their vision for the day and when it comes, fulfilling this vision authentically. On your day, I want you to feel comfortable and therefore I believe in keeping prompts to a minimum, bringing to life what your love looks like without interruption.
An appreciation for the little things, the details, is what I pride my work on – capturing the mini moments you’ll most likely have forgotten. I aspire for my images to bring a lifetime of joy acting as a touchstone for reminiscing your special day, transporting you back to each fleeting moment.

Elevated styling, inspiring locations and creating an editorial narrative are elements of photography that I thrive on. I seek to work professionally alongside each designer to bring your unique campaign or event to life. My Wedding work has allowed me to travel to some stunning and wonderfully photogenic locations the planet has to offer, and I love to take advantage of these backdrops when working with brands.
Previously, I have worked alongside Pallas Couture, Tigerlily and Corston Couture to capture social media editorials, events and styled shoots. I approach each shoot, campaign or event with a fresh perspective, adapting to the designers’ values whilst delivering high end images bound to impress.
